Med-A-Morphosis software is not able to diagnose patients nor can it recommend a treatment plan including treatment and assessment frequency for those conditions. Users are solely responsible for all treatment decisions and the documentation thereof.

Costs for system use depends on the size of the organization and features used. Costs are recurring. Additional cost may be necessary to build special reports, notifications, data ETL (extraction, transformation and loading), system customization, fax integration, and interfaces with third party entities such as labs and the software they utilize.

Med-A-Morphosis support extends to trouble-shooting and applying fixes relevant to the Med-A-Morphosis servers and is limited when trouble-shooting issues with the users' own internet connectivity, email, other applications or computer hardware or computer operating system issues.

*Med-A-Morphosis uses 2FA for added login security. There are 3 supported use cases for 2FA. 1) One time pass code delivered to email. 2) One time pass code delivered to mobile phone via text message. 3) Google Authenticator code entry.
